Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume seasons may take longer to process.

In rare cases, processing delays due to supplier issues or inventory shortages may occur. In such events, you will be notified via email.

Note: The times below are estimated based on major destination countries. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, logistics delays, or force majeure events (like strikes, lockdowns, weather conditions, etc.).

🌐 Shipping Coverage
We ship to over 60 countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, it means we do not currently support logistics to that location. Some remote areas or high-risk countries may have limited shipping options.
💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are generally not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error will not be refunded.

If your address was entered incorrectly, contact us within 12 hours to attempt changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.

If your order is delayed beyond 60 days (or 45 days for the USA) from the date of shipment, we may offer a full refund or reshipment after verifying with the logistics provider.

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed as not received are not eligible for refund unless official non-delivery proof is submitted (e.g., letter from the local post office).

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
📦 Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to different suppliers or warehouse locations. Each package will have its own tracking.
🚫 Delivery Refusal
Refusing delivery of a package without prior communication or approval will void any eligibility for refunds or reshipments.
